1. Returns Accepted for Defective Mugs Only

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a mug may arrive with a defect. In such cases, we're here to make it right. If you receive a mug with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@brownrubberbear.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Exchanges for Defective Mugs

We'll happily exchange your defective mug for a flawless one. Just reach out to us with a clear photo of the defect, and we'll guide you through the process.

3. Sales Are Final

Our mugs are created just for you, and we don't accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than defects. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our products and keeps our prices competitive.
